Feature is cool.  Name is straight doo doo. Apple should have saved that trademark application for something worthwhile.

Good thing no one at Apple seems overly concerned about the hot garbage their Beats division is pumping out these days and they continue to focus on the important work of applying for goofy trademarks instead.
