Apple advises iPhone 5 owners to update to iOS 10.3.4 by November 3

Does anyone knows if this will affect iPhone 4?
my patents use those, I ya ent been able to update their phones yet. They will get new ones by February. 

Please if somebody could tell me if the iPhones 4 will be affected I will appreciate it.
