This is like a ferris wheel. Up - down - up - down. When the new iPhone came out later this year, get ready to read a new headline: the iPhone claimed first spot on selfie camera before slip again after a few months. What's the point?
It's a commonly used reference point and, for all its possible flaws, remains a relatively objective site for comparisons.
Uh, no, you must be thinking of some other source, there is nothing objective about DxO scores.
For comparative purposes you only need the samples. They are there.

From reading around, it looks like Apple has a problem with noise. Its wide angle option also seems to get whacked in low light.

    What a crock of s***
When Apple launches its new iPhones and the new iPhones have the best selfie cam as rated by Dxomark you will be like,”yeah I knew iPhone was the best”

to be honest with everyone.  I feel sorry for people like you who think they are right and the best all the time.

Not what we’re talking about. We’re talking about your claim that DxO scores are objective, when they’re absolutely not. They’re subjective. Read Gruber’s entries on why they’re bullshit — written even while iPhone topped their list. Bullshit then, bullshit now.

This is what I actually said:

"It's a commonly used reference point and, for all its possible flaws, remains a relatively objective site for comparisons."

You are presented with the descriptions of the scenes and the reasons they were chosen. From there you have the samples to form your own opinion. That is an objective base from which to draw your conclusion.

You seem to be twisting things to fit your claim, not mine. My claim is crystal clear.
