Returning to the iPhone after years of android, some questions..

Hello everyone

I have after a gap of 5 years of using android, across two devices, decided to give iOS/iPhone another try. I previously had the 3GS and 4S respectively, long ago.
Now I have somewhat kept up with various keynotes over the years but am still not thoroughly knowledgable on the finer details of modern iphones nor the operating system.
I placed an order for a previous gen iPhone XS as soon as it went on sale,  and unfortunately just as my country went on covid19 lockdown so it is yet to arrive.

However, I thought I'll just post now about some queries I had:

- I read that it does not come with a fast-charger however supports fast charging. Besides the Apple branded fast-charger, which I'm unable to source locally at this time, could someone recommend another one to me that would work?

- The front facing camera in some reviews I saw of the phone resulted in over smoothing/beauty filter effect. Could someone comment on if this is still the case for selfies or has it been fixed completely?

- Used to be you couldn't but can you now send files over bluetooth or wifi to devices other than iphone/ios?

- How quick is wireless charge for this phone?

- Is it possible to one-step transfer all my data from my current android phone(lg G6) to my coming iphone XS or will have to manually do all the pictures, contacts etc. again

- Should I expect my phone to slow down noticeably after a period of ~2 years of usage or battery life greatly diminish?

Thank you in advance : )

    Slow down noticeably:

There are no "slow down the phone because it is X years old" software routines other than battery management routines with a chemically depleted battery. Batteries age, depending on your own use patterns.

    Fast charger:

I like the Anker USB-C ones with PD. If you have an Apple USB-C power adapter of any sort, you can use that too.

    Wireless charge:

Wireless charge peaks at 7.5W. Other than that, I'm not sure what you're looking for.

Thank you mike you have answered some of my questions : )

Yes the wireless charging information you have provided is all I was looking for, it appears to be faster than the bundled 5W charger but It appears it will significantly slower than a proper fast charger. So I guess I will just try and get me the Anker branded model you mentioned.
Nice to see apple has a simple migrate option available.. the mere thought of manually entering contact details one by one : S
Very glad to hear the phone will not slow down after a few years : )
