A moderator simply dismissing a complaint as not worthy of real discussion simply because he/she may be the one being discussed. A moderator should set the bar for civility and discussion on the boards, if any wish to raise it after them then fine. However, the level to which your responses sets the bar is inadequate to the issue at hand, and this is common for you until the heat is on. Then it's, "Private message me or an admin if you don't like it."

No hypersensitivity that I can see. I expect moderators to moderate, not perpetuate the problems they are supposed to alleve. Is that so wrong?</strong><hr></blockquote>

    Two words: link me.

I don't like groverat either, that snot-nosed baby faced, lovable bastard.

I guess we have a different standard as to what a "complaint" is. If someone can give me a specific issue then yeah, let's talk, but when I see baseless accusations against the moderators (not just me) I don't take it very seriously.

Someone saying "OMG, yer mean!" isn't very telling. Again, a specific issue would be nice.

I think you have a skewed vision of what a moderator should be, and pardon me for coming out with the obvious, but this is merely a personal issue against me.

You say "this is directed at all moderators" but we both know that's garbage. You don't like me and that's the only issue.

There's a difference between "fanning the flames" and being an outright troll. Sometimes valid and well-put opinions will enrage certain members no matter how passively they are written.

    Are they perpetuating the problems?

You haven't made a case that they are.

Yeah, I hate you Groverat. That is why I defend you in one breath and complain about you in the next. It's hate. Grow up.

My point is that even if he was wrong- he would not admit it. So it's pointless to argue. It was just a fun little barb...
