I have been receiving two different pop-ups which alternate (I clear one & the other pops-up):

“Amazon Music.app” will damage your computer. You should move it to the Bin.

    and

    “HPDeviceMonitoring.framework” will damage your computer.

Both of these appeared 24 October 2020 after upgrading to Catalina 10.15.7

I have seen on forums Apple are blaming HP and HP are blaming Apple. I don't think HP can be responsible for the Amazon Music message so I am inclined to think it must be after the Catalina update & therefore something Apple may care to investigate.

I fixed it by downloading "HPPrinterDrivers5.1.dmg" from HP here and running it. A restart later, I'm good to go.
This worked for one of our employees.

Unfortunately, I can't run this in the latest Big Sur beta. I get the dreaded "This volume does not meet the requirements for this update" message.+

After many attempts to resolve the HP printer problem myself, I took the easy way out and had an HP Support Technician walk me through it after he remotely connected to my MAC, but it took persistence and patience but it was worth it. The HP technician was a real pro and very patient. Here's what I did. 1. Called the HP Support general number: 800-474-6836 which resulted in an interactive menu and the direction to access www.hp.com/contact. (I'm in the U.S.). [There are other url's that will bring you to the same page]. The message indicated that if this site does not resolve your problem, you will be issued a case number and a tech support person will follow-up with you.2. On this page. the folllowing message appears.

"UNABLE TO PRINT OR SCAN AFTER UPDATING TO CATALINA (macOS 10.15). Because Apple's Catalina operating system no longer supports 32 bit applications, older HP drivers and software initially did not work as expected. However, those rivers and software have now been updated.Update your software to solve the problem 1. Go to System Preferences. 2.Click on Software Update, 3.Click on 'Update Now' button to install them.Choose only updates to HP software.4. After updating your software, try using your printer again.

    3. I followed the above instructions but they did not resolve my problem. 4. The next option presented was to respond to the question-"Did this solve the problem?" Since it didn't, I had a choice between receiving instructions on a "workaround" or a "scan." I opted for the workaround. 5. After I selected the "workaround" on this site, nothing happened. There was no response. No nothing. I was back to the beginning. 6. I had an old HP Tech Support number that I then called: 855-785-2777. After some persistence in trying different options to select, I finally spoke to real live person. She told me I reached the wrong department, but she would look into it for me , but I had to hold for a while. After being placed on hold for about 10-15 minutes, I heard the same tape that was on 800-474-6836, after which I was disconnected. 6. I then called back 855-0785-2777 and reached another support person, who again put me on hold but eventually came back with the case number which the prior agent had entered into their system after I was disconnected. This support person then connected me with a technician who ultimately resolved the entire matter for me. The technician works virtually in the Philippines. 7. The technician downloaded an applet onto my MAC, and ,while he wasn't able to remotely take control of my action steps, he was able to point to the icons, files etc on my MAC to direct me to what I needed to do step-by-step. All together, there were about 30 steps he talked me though that basically involved replacing my expired HP printer program with a new one which he downloaded onto my MAC. (Nothing needed to be done to my printer though you will need to give him the ip address of the printer).  Everything is now working perfectly, and my sincere compliments to the superb HP support technician in the Philippines!

Downloading the latest version of the Amazon Music app from https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Music-Apps/b?node=2658409011 fixed the problem for me (OSX 10.15.7)
