Apple Upgrade Program has gone All To Hell in the UK!

It’s a Total Disgrace. Like everyone else was informed, Apple knew a Week before it was to start, that the second lockdown was coming, WHY then did they leave it until the Afternoon of the Day Before Lockdown, also of course being the day before Pre-order of the 12 Pro Max that I wanted, before they sent out the crass email saying that the Apple Upgrade Program was not going to be implemented or honoured in the UK. I’ve been on the AUP since it began (in the UK) three years+ ago, none of my ID has changed, and I’ve never missed a single payment in all that time. Talked about Suckered. Never again. Is it just me, who feels like they have been well and truly Fut Bucked?!

    You have to go into the store to upgrade.  Going into stores for non-essential reasons is against lockdown protocol.  Wait a month.
