As I have said multiple times before, AI is not a hobby. The forum-goers went too far past the commenting guidelines, and the thread was closed (and bans handed out) because it became too cost-ineffective to moderate.
Pro tip - if the front page has a link to a forum thread that goes nowhere, there used to be a forum thread.
We have civility rules for a reason, and if the forums keep it to a dull roar, everything can have a thread -- but you can't, so here we are.
