The repeatedly-rumored "AirTags" has been the subject of speculation for a number of previous events, but it has yet to make an appearance. Given early 2021 rumors, it seems more likely to do so during the event than it has previously.

Tile is Bluetooth while AirTags have always been discussed using UWB technology. I also hope they'll use Qi charging, but that's probably asking for too much, but regardless, that's not the same as Tile's weak-ass Bluetooth tracker. But if that's what you think is "just as good"technology then go for it.
