Six cast members join bilingual Apple TV+ comedy 'Acapulco'
Apple TV+ is rounding out an ensemble cast for its upcoming bilingual comedy series "Acapulco," with six new actors joining the production.

According to Deadline, Jessica Collins, Chord Overstreet, Vanessa Bauche, Fernando Carsa, and Regina Reynoso will join Eugenio Derbez in the upcoming Apple TV+ comedy series.
"Acapulco" is described as a half-hour comedy series that follows a young Mexican man named Maximo whose dream comes true when he gets the job of a lifetime at the hottest resort in Acapulco. The show takes place in 1984, with Derbez narrating and playing the present day version of the main character.
Collins will play resort CEO Diane, while Overstreet plays her son Chad. Bauche plays Nora, Maximo's mother, Carsa plays Maximo's friend Memo, and Reynoso plays Sara, Maximo's younger sister.
Along with the new cast additions on Tuesday, Enrique Arrizon, Damian Alcazar, Camila Perez, and Raphael Alejandro are also set to star in the series.
The series will be produced by Lionsgate Television, 3Pas Studios, and The Tannenbaum Company. Austin Winsberg, known for "Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist," will serve as show runner and executive producer. Derbez, Ben Odell, Eric and Kim Tannenbaum, and Jason Wang will also executive produce.
