I've ordered from 18004memory twice. They don't except canadian dollars (as far as i know), but the ram was simply charged to a credit card where and the exchange rate was applied. Shipping was not extremely expensive. The only annoying cost was the tax at the border and you won't know about that until fed-ex arrives with a bill.
the ram has worked very well for me and it still ended up cheaper than buying ram here. Local ram prices may have come down, so you should shop arround before ordering from the states.
