Apple Wallet (Could Not set Up apple Pay)

Hi, I am 10 Years Old And I'm trying to Set Up Apple Wallet With My RBC Debit Card, This Is my First Time Doing This, I Have Family Sharing Enabled When I try To add A card It Says "Could Not Set Up Apple Pay, An Error Occurred While Setting Up Apple Pay". Some One Help.

If you are on a child account, you can't add a card. Have your folks do it.
