Apple Fitness+ update bringing new Time to Walk episodes, more workouts
Apple Fitness+ will soon see a slate of new content, including new Time to Walk episodes, an Apple Music artist spotlight series, and additional HIIT and strength workouts.

The new Time to Walk episodes, which will debut on June 28, will include guests like actress Gina Rodriguez, Olympic gold medalist Anthony Joshua, supermodel Naomi Campbell, and Marvel and DC actor, writer, and producer Randall Park.
Each of the Time to Walk episodes will feature the guests speaking about personal moments and will include "lessons learned, memories, thoughts on purpose and gratitude, moments of levity, and other thought-provoking topics."

Every Monday for four weeks, Apple will feature new workouts featuring each artist that will appear across different modalities. The playlists will include high-energy tracks from each artist's catalogs, along with collaborations and remixes.
The Cupertino tech giant is also adding new workouts from fitness expert Jeanette Jenkins. On June 28, it'll introduce seven workouts with Jenkins focused on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength.
"With Fitness+, we're bringing users a range of exciting new workout options to inspire them to stay active and make fitness a consistent part of their lifestyle -- whether that's going for a walk with one of the amazing Time to Walk guests or pushing through a high-energy HIIT class with Jeanette Jenkins. Music is at the heart of making workouts fun and keeping us motivated. A good playlist pushes you. That's why our new Artist Spotlight series, where the entire playlist for a workout is fueled by a single legendary artist, will be so inviting for users to mix up their fitness routines," said Jay Blahnik, Apple's senior Fitness Technologies director.
