That's an advantage for Parallels on an M1 Mac:   the x86 Macs won't run Windows 11.
That's news to me and lots of others. Running Win 11 Build 22000.120 on my ancient 2015 27" iMac.
6 years old should not be called “ancient”. What do you call a machine before 2012? Before 2010? 😅 Those are all I have, at the moment!

I had my debit card lifted a few years ago and someone got a couple of free McDonalds visits out of it. Seemed a bit unambitious to me.
Why be ambitious if you don’t want to get noticed?

    They lost me at "subscription."
Me too, but someone pointed out that they do have a basic/home edition for one-time payment option. It has almost zero support though (30 days).

They didn't succeed at doing either, McDonalds sticks out like a sore thumb on a vegan's bank statement :D .  Just seems odd to commit fraud, but for such a small amount of money.  Contactless payment were limited to £30 at the time, but they still could have spent a lot more than the £15-ish of Bic Macs they bought.
