Apple TV+ awards nominations increase by four, from PGA awards nominations

Apple TV+ content has received four PGA award nominations for "CODA," "Come From Away," "Ted Lasso," and "The Morning Show."

The Producers Guild Awards honor outstanding television series and movies producers in an annual event. Apple TV+ content has been nominated for four awards, with winners announced at the ceremony held on March 19, 2022.
  • "CODA" producer Darryl F. Zanuck was nominated for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures.
  • "Come From Away" was nominated for Outstanding Producer of Televised or Streamed Motion Pictures.
  • "The Morning Show" producer was nominated for the Norman Felton Outstanding Producer of Episodic Television, Drama
  • "Ted Lasso" producer Danny Thomas was nominated for Outstanding Producer of Episodic Television, Comedy
Apple shared additional details of its increasingly successful 2022 awards season. Apple TV+ content has earned 201 wins and 902 nominations since its debut in 2019 from the Academy Awards, SAG Awards, Critics Choice Awards, WGA Awards, NAACP Image Awards, and more.
