I have two of the TS3+.  One at my home, and one at my office.  Fantastic dock with zero issues.  I recommend these to anyone.  Glad to see they are continuing to evolve this dock.
Do you know how I can get the DAMN Ethernet working on my T3+??  UGH. That would be great... using backup Apple Dongle right now... but I need that for emergency not for 100% use all the time... would like to use the T3s!

Thanks, this T4 doesn't have digital audio tho!
I use a 2015 27" iMac at the office, and a 2020 27" iMac at home.  Both have a TS3+ and both are using the dock's ethernet connection.  I have zero issues with using it.  Note, that the first thing you should do is to make sure you dock's firmware is up to date, and that the MacOS drivers are installed.  It's a necessity.
Yeah, I'll try again, I had the internet working 1 time, (Big Sur) on my 2019, but ever since just "169" all damn day...
My problem is I bought it a year ago+ (end of 2020) and left it in the box, because I had everything ready to go for my MBP 2019 "retirement plan", and I knew I wanted "that beast" because of the digital audio, and you know had to make sure it didn't sell out!  Then when I got my MBP 2021 (finally), I hooked it up and was like, after a while, OK bye wifi.  Worked liked on the 1st connection, then on a reboot, nothing. SMCs PRAMs FWs Drivers etc... just couldn't break the 169.  Beside Manual IP bs that never works but... I'll troubleshoot again, maybe I can chat with the online from the link above...  I have already given up on trying to communicate with ANYONE (not just CalDigit) online, just too many back and fourths I usually fix things pretty quick on my own and I would probably have to fill out a ticket, and I just can't take that anymore too many products over here LOL.

    Thanks guys...

    Ticket Man - The Kills

Here's the ticket, what's the problem
Too many tickets is the problem, man
Here's the ticket, what's the problem
Too many problems is the tick in my hand

Why don't you give it up, get it down
Spend half as much, kills you in half the time
Oh pull on the baby, red number make it hard to hear
Hard to see and hard to sit around
Nothing's gonna kiss you like the kiss that's gonna get to you
    From waiting it out

Here's the ticket, what's the problem
Too many tickets is the problem, man
Here's the ticket, what's the problem
Too many problems is the ticket, man
Here's the ticket, what's the problem
Too many tickets is the problem, man
Here's the ticket, what's the problem
Too many problems is the tick in my hand

Why don't you give it up, get it down
Spend half as much, kills you in half the time
Oh it's a little too easy to always be kind
But the longer it takes, the more you must find
Oh it's a little too easy to always be kind
But the longer it takes, the more you must find

Here's the ticket, what's the problem
Too many tickets is the problem, man
Here's the ticket, what's the problem
Too many problems is the ticket, man
Here's the ticket, what's the problem
Too many tickets is the problem, man
Here's the ticket, what's the problem
Too many problems is the tick in my hand...

LOVE my T3+ Dock. The thing is solid.

The only issue I ever had was that occasionally the SD Card reader wouldn’t work. No biggie. I’d use my Apple Card reader instead.

Rarely I get a “device drawing too much power” error when plugging in an older USB 2 device. A bigger power supply would probably banish those.

    It’s definitely worth the cost!

I would have thought an HDMI port would be a no-brainer.

Welp, I just tried since the 11.6.3 Big Sur and BOOM Ethernet Working! no problems!

    Thanks for some incentive!
