Didn't this same thing happen in Germany, back in 2013? Motorola got an injunction against 3G-capable iPhones and iPads because Apple refused to license Motorola's 3G patents on FRAND-violating terms. Apple complied with the injunction, and soon after, a higher court stepped in and voided the patent. Guess Ericsson thinks Apple is weaker today than it was then?
