New MBP 14" laggy scrolling

Hey, new member here.

I was wondering if someone could provide any info, or suggestions on laggy scrolling

    I feel like you need to be more specific? Under what scenarios? On an external display or the internal? What applications?

    I'm sorry - I was going to mention that it occurs in Safari and Chrome but it failed to go from my brain to my fingers.
    Overall performance is great but it seem quite laggy in scrolling on websites particularly using the trackpad.  Its maybe a little better but not great with the magic mouse.
