The iPhone 13 and 14 both support dual ACTIVE eSIMs,*SNIP*
Are you 100% sure of that? The reason I ask is because I did not hear Apple saying this in their presentation.

Where I am (and maybe elsewhere too) people use at least two numbers on one phone, one for work and one for personal use; and both are active at the same time. This feature, if available with just eSIMs would be a boon for such people.

    Thanks and cheers
I'm not sure if you were asking for evidence for the iPhone 13 or 14, so I'll try to answer both questions.

The first piece of evidence comes from the first paragraph on this Apple website: (it says iPhone X and higher). They haven't removed iPhone 14 from this page, so it's safe to assume iPhone 14 also supports it. If this page is now wrong/untrue, Apple is in a lot of legal trouble.

The second piece of evidence is pure logic: if previous Apple iPhones supported two simultaneous SIMs, and the iPhone 14 supports only eSIMs in the US, then there's no way Apple would be removing the feature of dual SIM support.

The third piece of evidence is during the event for iPhone 14 they did use the phrase "store multiple eSIMs". True, they didn't say "simultaneously usable", but it would be a publicity disaster if that's not what they meant.

Fourthly, my iPhone 13 (bought here in Canada) supported dual simultaneous eSIMs. It was accidentally set up that way when I first left the store with it after setting up my account. They had accidentally enabled one of my eSIMs for incoming calls, and the other one for outgoing calls. It took me days to troubleshoot that problem.

Although, as we all know now, there are different iPhones for different markets, and it's possible that not everything I'm asserting is true for all markets.
