Craig Federighi & Greg Joswiak will be interviewed by Joanna Stern

Apple's Senior Vice President of Software Engineering Craig Federighi and marketing head Greg Joswiak will be under the spotlight with other industry luminaries on October 25 at The Wall Street Journal's annual October tech event.




The event starts on October 24, and runs through October 26. The first day's events include interviews with Intel CEO Patrick Gelsinger, Oculus and Anduril Industries Palmer Luckey, Lyft co-founder John Zimmer, and others. Federighi and Joswiak will speak on October 25 at 10:35 PM ET.

Other notable attendees include Disney CEO Bob Chapek, Waymo co-CEO Tekedra Mawakana, Boston Dynamics CEO Robert Playter, Microsoft's gaming CEO Phil Spencer, and more. Hosts are a variety of Wall Street Journal luminaries, with Joanna Stern leading the interview with the Apple executives.

Other companies with presences at the event include Amazon, AT&T, CBS, DoorDash, Google, Huawei, Intuit, Meta, Zoom, and others.

Apple is expected to be busy that week. The release of iOS 16.1, iPadOS 16.1, and macOS Ventura are expected at about the same time frame. In all likelihood, these releases will come alongside new Mac and iPad hardware, with new MacBook Pro models, an iPad Pro refresh, and entry-level iPads predicted.
