Can't remotely delete files using ssh or ARD

in macOS

Hi dudes, i use to admin lots of imacs remotely in our university by means of ARD Apple Remote Desktop. Easy tasks as delete contents of Downloads, Documents and Desktop was easy just one or two commands and all computers cleaned remotely.

Now Monterey does not allow to delete those contents, even ssh cant access one by one, i allowed the ssh-keygen and Terminal in privacy to have full access in the clients, anyway doesnt work.

Do you know what am i missing? this management got overly complicated with recent OS, currently accessing as ssh admin, and then using BASH (NOT ZSH because zsh works even worse) does allow to list (ls by sudo) the contents of those folders, but when try to delete the contents of a folder for example Downloads, i get  "no such file or directory" even i can list it.

Apple switched to ZSH as the default about three years ago, and hasn't really updated BASH at all because of some licensing squabble. I'm not sure where that leaves what BASH can still do at this point.
