Apple Stores around the world have begun unionizing efforts in order to better negotiate employee benefits. Stores in Australia, the United States, and now the United Kingdom have petitioned for a union.

The latest unionizing efforts are taking place in Apple White City, a store located in west London. Employees are asking for multiple improved benefits including pay raises and the ability to work from home.

UK law says Apple has ten days to recognize the union and respond.

The usual demands for fair pay, more balanced working hours, and improved management tools have been made. One demand includes better training that's more practical and doesn't rely heavily on web-based quizzes.

The employees also seek to reduce reliance on metric-driven management and task time tracking. These methods lead to more stress and burnout, according to the employee demands.

More information about the union and the employee demands can be found at the UTAW website.

Because Apple is the source of all evil in this world. Why do you still buy their products? Or do you.
