The M1 is Govee's high-end light strip. Now that it is fully Matter-certified, it makes it compatible with Apple Home as well as Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings.

Govee boasts that it is the first Matter light strip to also include the separate Works with Google Home certification.

Soon, the smart home accessory maker will release new Matter-enabled products such as table lamps, floor lamps, and outdoor lights.

The two-meter Govee M1 light strip will be available soon. Pricing was not yet available.

Also during CES 2023, Govee announced its AI-powered sync box designed for gamers.

How do these articles pass editorial review? Matter-certified, with a hyphen. Ugh.

On topic, this will be the first year that I'll be buying smart light strips. Gonna deck out my store!
