Yeah....it's possible Apple was just reworking the page to accomodate new hardware, so that when they release it they just have to publish one new page and the links and stuff are already worked out....or something. or maybe there is a page online now that is for the new product, it's just not being linked to. \

Geez ... there's two enormous threads about this over at MacNN too ... I've never seen people get so worked up over a simple maintenance takedown.

As to whether this indicates new stuff later this week ... they've done this plenty of times and then not brought new stuff later that week. So maybe they'll have new stuff Tuesday, maybe they won't, but I'm skeptical that this is an indicator either way. They always do Apple Store maintenance every couple of months, always at this same time on a weekend.

Hello people. This was nothing but a joke. It (almost) always means nothing.

This must mean new iPods on Tuesday, followed by the music service shortly thereafter.

And then the week after THAT, there will be new DUAL PROCESSOR POWERBOOKS! That update will allow the iBook to go to a GHz G4 within two weeks.
