IMO there's no doubting that Rodney picked a fight with the cops. He picked a fight and lost. Of course as we all know the cops are not supposed to fight with anyone so there's the problem.
I guess the sad thing about all this is that it seems like society and attorneys are training us that we don't ever have to take responsibility for our own actions. Whatever bad happens to us MUST be the other guy's fault.
