Launched on Tuesday, the Plugable Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 Docking Station is billed as a powerhouse for work and home spaces. Connecting via a single cable to a Thunderbolt port on a MacBook Air or Pro, it can offer 100W of charging to the host device.

Its expansion starts with two downstream Thunderbolt ports, which can provide 15W of power as well as offering ways to take advantage of Thunderbolt's 40Gbps of bandwidth.

While it includes a HDMI port for native connectivity, it also ships bundled with a USB-C to HDMI adapter, allowing for two 4K 60Hz displays to run on supportive Mac models.

The remaining expansion consists of four 10Gbps USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, a 2.5Gbps Ethernet port, an SD card reader, and a 3.5mm combination audio jack. A three-foot Thunderbolt 4 cable is also included to connect the dock to the Mac.

The Plugable Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 Docking Station is shipping via Amazon for $289.95 with a $15-off coupon.

Any suggestions for a simple USB-C 3.2 (alt) 3-way adapter for the iPhone 15 Pro, ideally cable-less? I would like to be able to drive (and power) a portable monitor, connect an external SSD and have PD input at the same time. All suggestions welcome.
