    Try cmd-shift-arrow (in Safari). Left arrow if you want to go left, right arrow if you want to go right. Veeeeery quick and handy. I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere.

    Window menu ==> "Select ... Tab". It's "mentioned" there.

    The shortcut is especially useful for laptops, where the command and shift keys are right next to the arrow keys. But either way, it only takes one hand, just like cmd-~ (which is actually cmd-`), except that with tabs you can see where you're going whereas with multiple windows you're blind unless you cascade them. In fact... right now the only browser I know of with a "Cascade" button is Opera 7 for Windows. More non-tabbed browsers should do that. Cascading makes the viewable size smaller, but you see the ENTIRE title of the page instead of a heavily truncated portion. I don't see the point of a non-tabbed, non-cascading browser though, that would suck because as I said, you're blind when switching windows.
