Developers taking part in the program can access the latest builds by visiting the Apple Developer Center or updating Macs running the beta to the newest edition. Public beta versions are normally made available through the Apple Beta Software Program after the developer versions are released.

The third beta follows after the second, which came out on October 3, while the first beta landed on September 27.

It is not entirely clear what version 14.1 beta introduces, but it is likely to include features that were initially announced in WWDC but failed to arrive in the first release, so they are arriving later into 2023.

The third beta is build number 23B5067a, replacing the second, 23B5056e.
