On Monday, Apple announced that it would be holding an uncharacteristically late Apple Event on Monday, October 30, at 5:00 PM PT. The event, titled "Scary Fast," likely will see the launch of new M3 Mac models.
According to an unconfirmable report on Wednesday MacRumors, suggests that new Mac models could launch on Wednesday, November 8 -- just over a week after the "Scary Fast" event. While unusual, this kind of launch is not unprecedented, either. As the report points out, Apple had a similar rollout five years ago.
While he'd initially believed hardware releases were over after the iPhone event, Ming-Chi Kuo also believes the event will focus on the newest MacBook Pro models. However, Kuo warns that if there are new MacBook Pro models, the "tight supply will last into 1Q24 unless demand weakens."
On Wednesday, an unverifiable source shared what they claim is a photo of the box for a new, as yet unannounced MacBook Pro.

Maybe the reveal will be in a series of ads during the World Series game, with a bigger ad during just before the start and a repeat or second ad during 7th inning stretch. And short ads during the game hi- lighting gaming and the new iMacs. It would be a rather larger audience snd during a sporting event that might also reveal expanded MLB showings beyond Friday night deal.
