A small number of asshole iPhone users treat Android users or green bubbles with disdain while Android users or Apple haters try to say that ALL iPhone users are like that. With help from the likes of Google who don’t mind amplifying this lie.
This will be shut down as the software is trespassing on Apple servers. No different than using (stealing) electricity from the neighbor without permission. Masquerading as blue is fraudulent on some level as blue tells users who they are messaging.
You cannot use someone else’s assets without their permission and there are no exceptions to this.
There are plenty of examples in US economic history where companies are forced to provide access to their assets to competitors.
You do not get it. They do not have permission to access Apple's servers for any purpose and doing so is stealing. They can reverse engineer all they want and while this is legal the rest of it is not. Many people believe because it is there it can be used by anyone with or without paying or having permission.
Can you post some examples of forced used of servers? It will be impossible to find a case where the forcing was over bubble cover especially since there is a way to get them and the increased functionality without resorting to theft.

Besides your feelings can you provide any rights you have to access a company's assets (servers) without either paying or having permissions. I can tell you the answer is no. Just because something is there does not mean you have rights to use it, but you are of the Internet thievery mentality where anything and everything should be free.
