Who gets sued when a loved one dies from being unable to get an Apple Watch and they die of something that could of been caught by an Apple Watch?
1) Your question is beyond stupid.
2) You can still buy the Apple Watch for countless locations.
For now, you can still buy an Apple Watch from many places. You underestimate what people will and have sued for. How long will the supply last for other retailers? Why do you assume someone will not get sued for a loss of their loved one? Who would be sued? I have seen many weird lawsuits, so I can see lawsuits in this case as being probable.
