Anyone here use audible.com? They've got a very reasonable system over there. You have an account and you could activate that account on 3 computers. Any books you buy go into your "library" and you can download them at will. You can also listen to them on your mp3 player (as many iPods as you want if they're all set up to work with your mac and I'm sure there's a way to circumvent that, as well.) if it's one of the ones that work with the system.

It's fairly reasonable. Not great, but it works.

Most likely .mac will give a discount to users of the service.

I know this sounds stupid, but wouldn't it be great if you could specify whether you have a CDRW drive or not, and then Apple would send you a free blank CD through the mail for every, say, 10 songs you download?

    edit:

That's a stupid idea of mine. They could just send you a CD with the songs already burned on it to you.
