Sorry for not posting. There will indeed be a broadcast. I was emailed the copy and paste of the PR from Apple. I thought there might be more info since it was an official email however they didn't give me any. I did manage to setup a viewing at 1PM (ET) at my old university in their distance learning lab. (for free! $$)
In any case, I am recording it. Wouldn't it be fun if a link to it mysteriously appeared? (wink wink nudge nudge)
joed reports that Apple's streaming website had reflected the Monday Event (at least temporarily) and stated:
"Watch Apple CEO Steve Jobs present announcements from the Moscone Center in San Francisco that will be music to your ears. See the MPEG-4 webcast presentation right here exclusively in QuickTime . It's an event you don't want to miss."
The url no longer brings up a page, and no official Apple announcement has been made of an official Webcast.

I guess Apple will introduce an US only music download service, so there is no need for international broadcast
The last couple of Macworld keynotes wasn't publicly broadcasted in Europe either.
Apple Webcast?
