Apple's 2024 Design Awards have a new Spatial Computing category

With WWDC 2024 just around the corner, Apple has announced the finalists for its annual Design Awards across seven categories.

Apple has revealed the list of nominees for the 2023 Apple Design Awards. It highlights several different apps across various categories, including "Delight and Fun," "Inclusivity," "Social Impact," and others. New this year is its "Spatial Computing" category.

This year's winners will be revealed at WWDC 2024, which will take place June 10 through June 14.

According to Apple, "Finalists in this category provide memorable, engaging, and satisfying experiences enhanced by Apple technologies."

New this year, Apple's Spatial Computing category highlights finalists who "brought extraordinary craftsmanship to their exceptional spatial experiences."
