What a wonderful title would have been: “Lauren Powel Jobs saved 30% on buying her new home in Prime Day!”

But nasty news about Apple et all… brings page views… aka ad revenues!
There's nothing negative about the headline. She broke a record. Whether that's good or bad is up to the reader.

Billionaires are bad for humanity.   People really do want a monarchy/oligarchy in this country.  jfc.
Nothing good or bad about billionaires. simply means someone found a way to be sucessful and make a ton of money. Good for them.

At that level… I am sure it is a tax write-off.

Looked at the pictures in the linked article featuring the house.  It is as far away from the Steve Jobs aesthetic as one can get.  No criticism on anyone, just an observation.

Nope, billionaires are inherently bad for humanity.

It’s not the money of billionaires that is bad for humanity.
    It’s the self-interest or the self-righteousness; “I deserve this!”

Not not only a tax write-off, but the interest-rate on a loan for $70 million,
is probably cheaper than what the monthly mortgage costs, let alone to rent it
