Users can subscribe to a Twitch streamer themselves, or gift a subscription to someone else to be eligible for the Apple TV promotion.

Automatic subscription renewals, or Twitch subscriptions purchased via Amazon Prime do not qualify for the promotion. Only new monthly, multi-month, or gifted Twitch subscriptions will count.

Current Apple TV+ subscribers are likewise not eligible to add the offer to their subscription. Twitch users who subscribe to a streamer by August 19th will receive the promotional code in the Drops & Rewards area of their Twitch account.

The offer must be activated by August 30th, 2024.

Apple TV+ will be debuting some new content on the service starting in August, including The Instigators, a new Matt Damon movie; "Women in Blue," a new Spanish-language drama series; a new Vince Vaughn comedy, Bad Monkey, and a new documentary series about corruption in US horse racing, called Cowboy Cartel.
