Apple has a bunch of new iPhone 16 & iPhone 16 Pro cases
Along with Apple's introduction of the new iPhone 16 family, it has released an array of new cases. Here is a guide to all the new cases from Apple.
New case choices are available for the iPhone 16 family.
While many third-party cases flood the markets, and there are many great cases, some of these options use inferior materials and manufacturing. Apple users who want to ensure their phones are protected the way Apple intended often opt for the company's official cases.
Without any fanfare, Apple has removed the FineWoven and Leather cases from its stores. Both of these case styles had seen some users complaining about their durability in online forums. It's not unprecedented for Apple to remove products from its lineup without notice, but Apple confusingly still offers the FineWoven MagSafe wallets.
Apple's FineWoven cases have vanished, and only the wallets remain.
Users with FineWoven cases might want to stock up on coordination wallets before these $59.00 accessories disappear too.
Apple iPhone 16 Clear Case with MagSafe
Apple's new Clear Case with MagSafe is $49.00 and cases for all the new iPhone 16 models, from the entry-level to the Pro Max, are available on Apple's online store.
The new Clear Case supports faster charging.
Confusingly, as of press time, Apple's store shows a graphic for the case that only lists the iPhone 16 Pro Max Clear Case with MagSafe, but clicking on the graphic leads to a page where a dropdown menu allows the purchase of cases to fit any of the models.
Apple's accessory pages show the Clear Case but only list the Pro Max model.
Apple iPhone 16 Silicone Case with MagSafe
Apple offers eight color choices in its Silicone Case with MagSafe. The silicone case has a softer feel than the hard plastic case and can show less wear over time than the Clear Case. Each case is available for $49.99.
The case colors are Black, Denim, Ultramarine, Starfruit, Plum, Fuchsia, Lake Green, and Stone Gray.
Apple's iPhone cases come in various colors.
Beats By Dre
Beats By Dre, owned by Apple, has also released new cases for the new iPhone 16 models. These cases sit between the hard Clear Case and the Silicone Case, with a hard plastic back panel, and softer, flexible side panels. The new Beats By Dray cases are available in Midnight Black, Summit Stone, Riptide Blue, and Sunset Purple, for $49.00.
Beats By Dre is releasing official cases through Apple.
The Beats by Dre cases are not yet available on Apple's Store but will be available on the Apple's accessories page.

Comments
But to aid the AppleInsider article reader, here's what Apple's product page has to say:
And all materials and coatings are optimized to prevent yellowing over time.
Short and sweet, but nevertheless important and appreciated info.
Unless Apple ups its case game I won't be getting an apple case for my next phone.
