Yes I know I'm a little ahead of myself,

but when he IS captured do you think the USA should :

(A) Put him on trial in the USA ?

(B) Hand him over to a future Iraq government to put on trial ?

(C) Hand him over the International Court of Justice in the hague...

Like Milosovic ?

(D) Hand him over to Israel ?

    Sorry. That sucks.

I think "D" would be the best choice.

But realistically I think C is more practical.

B or C, I guess. I think B is more appropriate. It's Iraq that he did so much damage to and caused so much suffering. Would seem to be, in my mind, more in the interest of justice to have his country deal with him.

The title does suck. I hope this gets locked.

C and D are out. D for no other reason than the world's biggest hypocrites, arab muslims, would bomb small kids over it. What heros of Islam

I think a trial in Iraq is the best.

Option C is the most sensible choice. But the Americans are probably going adopt option A.

But frankly speaking, I dun care. Just seeing him captured will be good for me.

The answer should be C,but of course the international courts are just a soapbox for sociopathic lunatics, so the answer is E, there is nothing good or proper that could be done with him.

If he had a strong hand in 9-11 I vote for A. Barring that then B without the "hand over".

Option B in Iraq is the best bet, provided it was a fair trial by a judge and jury of his fellow citizens selected from all a cross section of Iraqi society, and not a kangaroo court set up by the occupying powers. Option C is the other possibility but procedure would take a lot of hashing out. Options A and D would never result in anything approaching a real trial.

Actually....on second thoughts: The very LAST thing that the US wants is for Saddam to have any form of trial, for a number of what should be very obvious reasons. Perhaps this is why the US went after Saddam from the start of the war with the intention of killing him outright.
