Samsung's new line of smart monitors pairs well with Mac computers, and if you preorder the M7, M8, or M9 (a QD-OLED display), you can score up to a $300 Samsung credit or Amazon gift card.

Save up to $300 on Samsung's 2025 monitors.

The 2025 smart monitor lineup from Samsung starts at just $399.99, with preorder incentives in effect now at Samsung and Amazon. Whether you prefer a Samsung credit or an Amazon gift card, the preorder deals are worth checking out, with the devices officially launching on Prime Day (July 8).

Of particular interest is the Apple Studio Display rival -- the Samsung 32-inch M9 -- with a QD-OLED display that offers rich visuals with 4K resolution. It also has a dynamic cooling system designed to reduce the core temperature and help prevent burns-in. Ports include HDMI, USB-C, and DisplayPort (DP). It retails for $1,599.99, but you can preorder it and snag a $300 incentive at Amazon and Samsung direct.

If you prefer not to spend $1,599, there are two other new Samsung monitors for 2025 that are available at lower price points. The first is the 32-inch M80F that sells for $699.99. This model is eligible for a $100 gift card at Amazon or a $100 Samsung credit at Samsung direct. With HDMI and USB-C ports, you can use it with modern Macs, and it offers 4K UHD resolution with a max refresh rate of 60Hz. The preorder incentive is available now through July 8.

Last but not least is the affordable M7 that's priced at $399.99. This is also a 32-inch display with 4K resolution and HDMI and USB-C ports. Like the M8 above, the M7 is eligible for a $100 Samsung credit or a free $100 Amazon gift card when preordering the display ahead of its launch on July 8.

What an "amazing line-up" of 32" 4K low-res crp. They leave the other 2K on the factory floor and pass the savings on to U!

The M9 looks good at first. A near perfect copy of the SD design, but with uneven bezels, ugly ports and housing, and lower foot design.

Then there is the fact that it’s only 4K. Not the 5k Apple offers.

And they are charging the same price as the actual Apple hardware? Heck no.

The advantage of the m9 is the 32” size, which the ASD  really should have.

We just haven' had luck with Samsung anything. The TV needed repaired, luckily under warranty, within a year. The fridge lasted 8 years and couldn't buy the part to fix it. The washer and dryer lasted about 3 years before the dryer would randomly turn itself on. Maybe others have had better luck, but we're done with anything Samsung.

The issue with Apple vs other displays is a 27"/5K screen vs a 32"/4K screen. I've got a 27" 5K iMac and love the screen, but for the same money as the ASD, a good 32"/4K screen would be preferable if considering that spec alone.

I'd like to see Apple make an 32" XDR Lite but that won't happen. 30" is a nonstarter. It's just not enough of a delta with a 27" screen.
