If I were going to get 4TB, I'd definitely get the T-Bolt 5 enclosure for only $50 more. I'd prefer to get an empty Envoy Ultra and put my own SSDs in it. Maybe one day OWC with have Envoy Ultra empties on sale for $150.

Something else to be aware of:
