FuturHealth, a company that provides personalized weight-loss programs, is now offering Apple Fitness+ access to its members at no additional cost. The offer is available to anyone enrolled in a FuturHealth plan and is intended to supplement the company's approach to fitness, medication, and nutrition-based weight management.

Apple Fitness+ is Apple's subscription fitness service, available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.

It offers on-demand workouts and meditations across various categories, including strength training, cycling, HIIT, yoga, and rowing, with sessions ranging from 5 to 45 minutes. While it can be used with just an iPhone, Apple Watch users gain access to real-time health metrics during workouts.

Typically, Apple Fitness+ costs $9.99 per month, or $79.99 per year, though Apple gives out free trials to new subscribers who buy a related product, such as an Apple Watch or Powerbeats Pro 2.

FuturHealth members can access their free Fitness+ subscription through the FuturHealth app via a dedicated module on the home screen.

FuturHealth says the addition is part of a broader effort to offer more holistic weight-loss support. The company has recently introduced other tools, including flexible payment options via Affirm and medication quality controls through a partnership with Valisure.
