Just curious...how could something like this happen?
A disgruntled Webmaster or employee? If the launch is supposedly to happen Monday, why would anyone be screwing around with changes to the site so early?
So that they are ready.
Its really a major error. I feel really bad for the webmaster and guys underhim. Its a damn shame people have to lose there job over this. How unfortunate. Hope he doesn't get blackballed.
Anyway we don't know the prices. We don't know what htye look like. but frankly if they keep the current price point whihc i think they are cause top of line imac is gonna cost 1349 on monday this thing is gonna fly off the shelves.
i can't belive they went with SERIAL ATA god damn these things are going ot be FAST!
Worth going to jail over? They put hackers in jail. Not big enough reason to hack Akimai (sp?) just for us few fan boys. This is either a pissed off eager and brave web lackie or an idiot.
Kinda feel bad for Stevo though...first time Canada releasing that pic of his beloved iMac a day b4 San Fran...now some careless web dude stealing his chance to create the biggest bang since time begun.

I had a chance to compare and every other product in the apple store has a consistently smaller font than the G5 product (shown up top).
