Giant, all you prove with your stance is that you have a narrow minded approach to people who disagree with you. They are either idiots with zero clue, or they are deluded. It makes your world view easier as you can dismiss offhand anyone with an opposing view. However, it puts you on their ignore list for the most part. What kind of teacher is it that cannot get his "students" to listen? A very poor one for certain.
Not everyone has that option. Show that you aren't so small that you think this makes you better than others not in your position. Some people actually have to work for a living.
Um, I put myself through school, and one that costs more per year than I make now (no loans). I still take classes AND work (and have a record label, and volunteer, etc) and have for years. I really don't think you are in a position to tell me about working hard. I did get a promotion and two raises just last year.
Oh, and most everyone DOES have that option. You just have to work a little harder and figure out a good strategy

It's hard to come to any other conclusion with many of the folks on AO.

That would be a bad teacher. Lucky for all of us that I have no interest in being one.
What happened was that many peopel read it. Months ago, when you posted a link about the Pakistani links to 9/11 (ISS stuff if I recall) I, and other read the analysis. I think we had a pretty good discussion, excluding the derogatory, personal comments.
I'm glad I could help. That's the tip of the iceberg. Here's food for thought: why does Musharraf get such unbelievably special treatment? A good place to start is to find out what that special treatment is. It's no secret (though folks attempt to hide it), it's just not front page news.
And pakistan is just a rest stop on the 9.11 road.

Edit: Welcome back ya crazy nut.
Noah,, ever notice BR has a certain attraction to openly christian members of this forum? I think it is pretty cool. I view it as a complement.
Now was that so hard? That, for me, clears up a lot of what you intended to get across.
Of course there are a lot of possibilities as to what could hav happened on the flights that were used to destroy the WTC. However, the lack of a name on a list holds little or no water for me.
Glad it clears things up, but in my defense it is something I've already said in this thread. This is probably more concise though.
The name game could/should lead to more investigation. I doubt it's enough for us to use in an argument at this point, but if people ignore it, I say they're just hiding behind their dogma. It's certainly a more pressing issue than was Bill's blow.

Which stance would that be BR?
Your post might hold water if I were telling you what to believe religiously, calling you stupid if you chose to not believe it and the telling you to read the bible and figure it out for yourself, while refusing to elaborate on anything that I had said at the same time. Other than that, yeah, dead on.
There's a difference between good ol' fashioned overblown rhetoric and deceit, and massive conspiracy.
Where I do think the Bush administration was very deliberately deceitful was the way they used a few very questionable Iraqi/al Qaeda links and a lot of innuendo to link 9/11 to the Iraqi invasion. This was nothing but a crass and self-serving attempt to "market" the war to the American people -- many of whom happily and uncritically gobbled up this story.
These conspiracy theories about 9/11, however, are quite a different matter from Bush and WoMD. A US-lead fake attack on its own people would take quite a bit more willful lying and deceit, much more coordination, an incredibly difficult challenge of leak suppression among those involved, some of whom, no matter how carefully chosen, would be very likely to have crises of conscience and break rank, and an unimaginably thorough effort to plug any leaks that did occur through threats, buy-offs, and outright murder.
think the more amazing thing than the 9/11 attacks is that we haven't suffered from more or worst terrorist attacks than we have so far. Hurting and killing in massive numbers when you no longer care about getting killed yourself is unfortunately a frighteningly easy thing to do.
Thanks for the voice of reason. Like you I have no love for the idiots who bought the white house. But these conspiracies are distractions that prevent people from organizing any sort of effective resistance to the silliness coming out of Washington. It is really easy to throw the baby out with the bathwater when garbage like this is given any sort of attention.

So all of this has to do with 9.11 how?

It's more the personality behind the religion that drives me to respond than the religion itself.
