My parents were teachers, hence the high concentration of ancient Apple machines

    TRS-80

Vic-20 programmed code and wrote to tapes on the cassette tape drive

    Apple ][ programmed in basic

Apple ][e programmed in Logo Writer

--the long night of no programming begins (my dad didn't want me too involved with computers--

    Apple ][c

    Laser 128ex

    Apple ][gs (woz edition)

    --the jump to "real" computers--

    Mac Plus

    Mac SE

    Powerbook 100

    Mac LC

    Mac IIsi

PowerMac 8500/120 --programmed in Pascl, C++--

    Powerbook G3

--no computers purchsed for the last seven years--

now I own no computer (XBox doesn't count). Work has provided me with a nice Dell laptop, but because I program for a living, it is kind of nice to live a luddite fantasy when I go home.

edit: If some of your timelines are to be believed, then I was programming computers when I was 6-7 years old. No wonder I can't associate years with my conputer usage- I was too young.
