    The ALL CAPS passage is just as easy for me to read, but I agree with groverat. If the paragraph is long enough it gets harder to read, due to my becoming BINLD WTIH RGAE.

    i also hate when PEOPLE DO THIS. i feel like they are screaming at me. often about things which dont REQUIRE an elevated voice. computers would be beter without shift keys.



    pretty interesting about that misspelling thing though. i read it normal speed, though it became apparent that something was amis about half through the first sentence (before the content had really hit me).

    This is what you learn in speed reading (though I'm not sure if this is the official Evelyn Wood one) that you don't read the word, just look at the beginning and end letter and let it fall into place.

    Wow that really is strange, I read that at the same speed I would normally as well... The only word that I stopped on was ltteers but after than I was able to read it normally just fine.
