I really enjoy reading Jobs' comments. He's one of those high-up, CEO types who doesn't SOUND like one (must be the jeans and tennis shoes?).

But he never comes across sounding like one of the management types in a Dilbert cartoon...or one of the goons I've worked for in my past (corporate-speak, buzzwords, misused buzzwords, words like "paradigm", etc.)

He just lays it out, subtlety and hurt-feelings be damned. He talks the way most of us would if we helmed Apple: "these other guys don't get it, they never will and they look idiotic trying. We're Apple, dammit...next question?"

You gotta love SJ, check out my sig.

I love the way Steve lays things out. Just like pscates said, he talks like any one of us talks, no big words, no trying to sound smart or anything like that. He just gets the point across. Personally, I'm a fan of the cocky thing Steve has going on. He seems to know that Apple is at the top of the game when it comes to computers, software, and peripherals. That is what it takes to be a great marketer, and Steve is just that. To sell your stuff as the best, you truly have to believe it is the best.
