how are the shereholders (in which group i am a member) going to look at this, and wallstreet as a whole?

one of the largest companies in the world is so insecure about their image weakness(which this mess confirms) that they have to sue a 17 year old high school senior much like myself?

as a shere holder i am outraged, for two resons

1 if the image is weak attacking a 17 year old when you are the kingpin of all software makers makes you look mean AND WEAK, gee ... i wish ibm or bell woulda sued the punks makeing altair basic... where would we be now without billy gates and his friend steve balmer's childish tinkering?

2: he is obveously creative, ms is dry, bring him in and others like him and make windows/office far more fun/easy/interesting to use

MR. Speaker, I reserve the balance of time(c-span joke)

sudden idea for ms legal team:

    go after source forge:

they have .net as part of their url and as a software dev/distro channel they should be stopped, people (of course stupid people, but work with me here) may think that it is part of the M$ .net project!!!

.net is a trademark too ya know

go for it ms, dont stop at 1 when you can harm and piss off every developer outside of redmond and be that much closer to taking over the world

"This kid will surely settle with M$ for a tidy sum (read: thousands) for the hard work he did of registering a domain name, but mark my words: If this goes to court or arbitration, Microsoft will easily walk away the victor."

I won't say I told you so, because that would be petty.

And, I won't buy that boloney about "M$ only won because they had more money for lawyers," because if this kid was in the right, any blood-sucking attorney would have volunteered to do the case for the legal fees they would have collected from M$ when they lost.
