Windows has a highly customizable interface for a good reason -- its interface is horrible! MS realizes that it cannot design good UI, so it makes it very easy for users to do a variety of things to it.
too bad it can take a long time to customize it the way you want. then, if you save it as a theme, it only saves the display preferences, and not, say, your startbar prefs.
I'm talking about the KDE dock that is in Linux. I know it might look ugly to most but you must say it is more efficient than the mac one. I know im going to get a lot of heat about that comment, but its what i think.
