3). Do Not draw resources away from rebuilding Afghanistan by pursuing a long-time goal of 'mid-East military presence' a la: Pax Americana
4). IF and only if, there is real evidence, -not trucks that were allready known to NOT be mobile labs, not fake drone aircrafts (BTW, whatever happened to those?) etc, evidence discovered by an increased number of weapons inspectors-

IF and only IF, there is REAL evidence that there is collusion between the ultra-religious-fanatical-terrorism of Al Qaida and the anti-religious-secular-Stalin-Worshiper Hussain, not fake testimony from ex-pats or spurious news reports from journalists who talked to someone who knew someone who . . .and are from Fox News
and,
IF, and only if, there is a real form of International network formed, that has arrived at a decision through genuine diplomatic agreement (NATO or the UN) Not simply England and the US with some money hungry nations (Poland - who have admitted to doing it for oil) and/or Island Nations in need of favours and afraid of further IMF arm twisting, and also, work much more diplomatically with other Muslim nations so as to get them to see their advantage in the goal,,
then, and only then, begin real plans for invasion . . . with a definite set of postwar plans and innumerale contingency plans
4). Get the people to realize that paying for a major war and recunstruction may demand some taxes . . . so remove the rich-ass-licking tax cuts.
5) NOT privatize medicair and give shiitloads of money to medical insurance and pharmaceutical companies under the blatantly false guise of:health-care for the 'elderly'
6). actually believe that it is SCIENCE that has gotten us out of the dark ages of ignorance, prejudice physical mallaise and general unhealth and therefor reinstate all the fired scientists from the important advisory panels that inform the nation and myself (The Prez in this hypothetical) what to think about concerning real global scientifically contingent situations . . .
