If you go in there and force people to do *anything* they are going to be resistant. So just plunk OS X in front of them with a smile, show 'em a few cool things just to whet the appetite, and then leave. Hell, it worked that way for my mother and sister, who both hate change big-time and were quite handy with OS 9. Now they are quite pleased with OS X.
